CALDER William "BILL" Anne and family would like to thank everyone for their cards and flowers, and especially to those who expressed their kind memories of Bill. A big thank you to Rev. Kathy Selby for her personal and comforting service, and to Silletts for their care, guidance and support. Also to all the carers and nurses for their kindness and support to Bill and myself.
