ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BYRON ROAD, RAMSBOTTOM) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enahling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Byron Rd, Ramsbottom - Temp Rd Closure.

The closure is in place to enable the replacement of a rocking manhole frame and cover.

Diversion route will be Redwing Road, Keats Road and vice versa. Emergency access will be maintained if required, access available for residents in evening and morning.

The proposed Order comes into operation on 28/07/19 and remains in force for up to 2 months (Anticipated duration of work-1 day). 11/07/19 Council Solicitor

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BROOKMOOR ROAD, PRESTWICH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

no waiting AT ANY TIME

Brookmoor Road, Prestwich

Westerly side, from the northerly kerbline of Kingswood Road for a distance of 57 metres in a northerly direction

Easterly side, from the northerly kerbline of Kingswood Road for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within it), a plan showing the roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at 3 Knowsley Place, Bury, BL9 0EJ during usual office hours, Monday to Friday. All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the address above or by email to traffic(5),burv.£ov.uk quoting reference TM2/19/453 by 05 August 2019. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WITHINS LN & WILTON GDNS, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER

2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be:-to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along Withins Ln, Radcliffe - from Bury Rd to a point 20m south of Betley St

to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the Adopted footway between 48 and 51 Wilton Gdns

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate gas main replacement works.

The alternative routes will be:

Via Bury Rd and Eton Hill Rd and vice versa.

Via Wilton Gdns, Bright St and Betley St and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on 15/07/19 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks.
