ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (PARK LANE, WHITEFIELD) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Park Lane, Whitefield - between Hillingdon Road and Standmoor Road

The reason for the proposed order is fecilitate manhole cover and frame replacement

works.

The alternative route will be via Hillingdon Road, Old Hall Lane, Ringley Road and Higher Lane and vice-versa.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 21 October 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 1 day. Dated: 10th October 2019 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (RAWSON'S RAKE, RAMSBOTTOM) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Rawson's Rake, Ramsbottom - Temp Rd Closure.

PRESTWICH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under sections 1, 2, and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

South side, from a point 10m northwest of the westerly kerbline of Rochester Ave to a point 10m east of the easterly kerbline of Rochester Ave

Rochester Ave, Prestwich - Both sides from the southerly kerbline of Queens Dr for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury, BL9 0EJ during usual office hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the address above or by email to traffic(5),burv.gov.uk quoting ref: TM2/19/450 by 01/11/19. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
