ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HARWOOD ROAD, TOTTINGTON) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Harwood Rd, Tottington - Temp Rd Closure.

The closure is in place to enable an update to the mains in the carriageway. Diversion route will be via Turton Road, Watling Street, Bradshaw Road and Harwood Road and vice versa.

The proposed order comes into operation on 02/02/20 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks) Dated 23rd January 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SIDE ROADS OFF - AINSWORTH RD AND COUNTESS LN/RADCLD7FE MOOR RD, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Countess Ln/Radcliffe Moor Rd, Radcliffe - Rolling closures to side road junctions along Countess Ln/Radcliffe Moor Rd, from and including Kilburn Rd to and including the junction of Launceston Rd

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works Local diversions will be signed where applicable.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 03/02/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks. Dated 23rd January 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (DERBY STREET, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Derby Street, Prestwich

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. There is no alternative route. However, access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 03 February 2020 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks (between 03 February 2020 and 05 June 2020) as and when required to allow surfacing operations to be undertaken.
