ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HIGH ST/LOWERCROFT RD, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enahling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

High St/Lowercroft Rd, Bury - between Bank St and Dow Ln The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works The alternative route will be via Lowercroft Rd, Ainsworth Rd, Newbold St, Harvey St and Walshaw Rd and vice versa

The proposed Order will come into operation on 03/02/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks, closures to be implemented weekends only. Dated 23 January 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (LOMAX STREET FOOTBRIDGE (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 1 SJ, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any members of the public from proceeding along:-Lomax Street Footbridge (Public Footpath lsj, Radcliffe).

The reason for the proposed order is due to the failure of the bridge superstructure (superstructure removed).

The alternative route will be via Outwood Road, Mill Street, Pilkington Way, Sion Street and Phoenix Way and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on Thursday 23 January 2020 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months (with extensions if required). Dated 23 January 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SHAKESPEARE AVENUE, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (NORTH BACK ROCK, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

North Back Rock, Bury - between Tithebarn St and Parson's Ln

The reason for the proposed order is to enable stonework survey investigations to be

carried out.

The alternative route will be via Tithebarn St and Parson's Ln and vice versa. The Order comes into operation on 28/01/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to one month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately one day.
