Sopron Mini Market Limited has made an appication to Bolton Couicil for a variation to the premises licence lor: Sopron Mini Market, 207 Halliwel Fload, Bolton, BL1 3NT. The details of the variation appfed for are as follows: Sale of Alcohol Off the premises: Monday to Sunday 03.00-04.00. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 08.00-04.00. Conditions to be removed from existing licence: t: Operate Challenge 25 to prevent infer age sales (leplaoed wi condiion numbers 12 and 13) 4. We will operate CC TV for the premises tat will hold 31 days of information for our uses for inspection by the polioe if required, (replaced wi conrjiori number 1/3,4,5 and 6) 5. We will keep a refusals register for sales ol alcohol, (replaced wi randition number 14) The applfsafon may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 2nd Door, Paderborn House, EJotton, E3L11QY between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party1 or 'Ftepon* Authority may make representaions to the Cound regarding the ffpfcatkin during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Counci, fiat day being 26th Mart* 2021 The last day for representations to be made mil therefore be 23rd April 2021. All representations must be made in wiforig. Please note - during the current COV-19 arrangements all representation must be sent to the Licensing Team electronically the email address is provided above. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
