ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CROMPTON STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along :-

Crompton St, Bury - between The Rock & South Back Rock The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate rebuilding of a chamber in the carriageway

The diversion route will be via The Rock, Gutter End & South Back Rock & vice versa The Order comes into operation on 12/04721 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, anticipated duration of the works is approximately 5 days.
