Applicant: Peel L&P Investments (North) Limited The above referenced application was received by Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council ("BMBC") on 17 September 2021 and validated on 20 September 2021. Following the validation of the application, a range of detailed comments have been received from statutory consultees, third parties and the public. These comments relate to both the proposed development and the information submitted alongside the application. In response the Applicant has made a number of amendments to the proposed development and the design of specific elements, and has assembled additional information and evidence in respect of various matters. This in turn has necessitated revisions to the technical assessment work submitted alongside application. In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 representations are invited on the updated application drawings, technical reports and Environmental Statement.
