DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1084 (TEMPORARY RESIDENTS PARKING) 2021 WOODLAND ROAD. DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
Suspend the no waiting at any time restriction at Weodland Read south aide, from its junction with Portland Placo to the eastern boundary 20 Woodland Road (Schedule 6.01 ol the Darlington Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading) Consolidation Order 2019)
And to introduce on a temporary basis:
|i) No Waiting At Any Time on Woodland Road, south
aide from its junction with Portland Place to e point
I2metres east of the eastern boundary
29 Woodland Read. [ii| An extension of Residents Parking Zona I to include:
Woodland Road, south side from the eastern boundary

The Order is necessary to allow a temporary Residents Parking Bay while construction works take place.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 10th December 2021.
