(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE), ORDER 2021
FOOTPATH 6, LOW CONISCLIFFE
Darlington Borough Council made an Order on 3rd
June 2021 under the provisions of Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended,
the effect of which was to close:
FOOTPATH 0 LOW CONISCLIFFE - Entirely
The Order is necessary to enable construction of a
housing development.
An alternative route will be signed via Gate Lane, A67 and vice versa.
As the works are still ongoing the Secretary of State
for Transport has granted an extension of the Order
until 6th June 2022 or until such time as the works
have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
