Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed CRAVEN Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2021/23376/LBC. Proposal: Replace bathroom and kitchen fittings, reinstate original fireplaces, rewire and replumb. Remove whitewash on front elevation and repoint stonework with lime mortar.
