Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Grange Road, Farnhill, Order 2022, No.49. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Grange Road, Farnhill due to works. The road will be closed in 4 phases, once work has been completed on one phase the road will be reopened & the closure moved to the next works area. The phases of work are outlined as follows: Phase 1 - From Kildwick Hall Mews to Kildwick Village sign; Phase 2 - Kildwick Village sign to junction with Priest Bank Road; Phase 3 - Starkey Lane to Kildwick Hall Mews; and, Phase 4 - Arbor Top to Starkey Lane. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 07/03/22 until 22/04/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 07/03/22 until 31/05/22. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Bog Lane, Stirton, Order 2022, No.58. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Bog Lane, Stirton due to works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 21 /03/22 until 01 /04/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 21/03/22 until 30/04/22. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. 30mph Speed Limit, C391 Rathmell, Order 2022. Notice is hereby given that on 25/02/22 we made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified as follows: C391 Rathmell road, from a point 224 metres north of Hesley Lane to a point 252 metres south of Hesley Lane, measured from the centre line of Hesley Lane. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 07/03/22, may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Settle Library, Limestone View, Lower Greenfoot, Settle, BD24 9RB during normal office hours from 03/03/22 until 08/04/22 & also viewed online at
