Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/24020/FUL. Proposal: Removal of existing flat roof and formation of pitched roof to enable a first floor to be created for Stephen Craven Building Design Ltd. Location: Office South of Cragdale Cottage Chapel Square Settle BD24 9RH Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

of 20 photovoltaic panels to the roof of High Hazel Barn for Dr Rodney Dinnen. Location: High Hazel Barn High Hazel Hall Farm Clapham LA2 8HN Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
