Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/23854/FUL. Proposal: Construction of 27 no. dwellings with off street parking and associated infrastructure for Calvert Homes (Cononley) Ltd. Location: Land Off Meadow Lane/ Moorfoot Lane Cononley Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Is a Major Development proposal.
Application No: 2022/24131/VAR. Proposal: Application for variation of condition no. 2 (approved plans) on application reference number 2017/18304/FUL granted 26 September 2017, as previously revised by application reference number 2020/21691/MMA granted 11th August 2020, to revise window openings, gable treatment, garage design and boundary treatments to plots 2 and 3 for Pinnacle View Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd. Location: Gallaber Farm Hellifield Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2022/23695/FUL. Proposal: Alterations
to existing dwellinghouse to form 3 no. flats to incorporate front dormer for Sanctuary Housing Group. Location: 24 Belle Vue Terrace Broughton Road Skipton BD23 1RU Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
