THE BOLTON (ON STREET DESIGNATED PARKING PLACES AND REGULATION OF LOADING AND UNLOADING) (EXPERIMENTAL) (NO.7) ORDER 2022

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order under Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will be operative from 10th August 2022

Additions:
The Bolton (On-Street Designated Parking Places! (Consolidation) Order 2013
Parking Places Regulated Hours Monday -Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm Type of Parking Operation: Parking Ticket/Telephone Payment Maximum stay: 1 hour with no return within 1 hour

Victoria Square North (Central reservation)

During its operation the Order will suspend the following:
Victoria Square North (Central reservation)

Victoria Square North (No Waiting at Any Time) (No Loading at Any Time) Howell Croft North (East) and Victoria Square North (No Stopping Except Taxis All Hours) Howell Croft (East) (Loading and Unloading Only All Hours, Victoria Square North (Disabled Persons Parking Place)

During its operation the Order will suspend the following:
Victoria Square North (Central reservation) Howell Croft North (East)

It is the Council's intention that if within a period of 6 months from the coming into force of these Orders, no objections have been received, then under Sections 84(1) to (4) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Council will make permanent Orders to continue the restrictions in force indefinitely.
