BAILEY LANE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1)
THE BOLTON (BAILEY LANE, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.10) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 23 January 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Bailey Lane, from No.19 to No.25 Bailey Lane. Access for residents will be maintained. The Order is necessary due to water mains installation which will last for approximately 4 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
