THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (KNOWSLEY STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Knowsley Street, Bury - at its junction with Manchester Road

The reason for the proposed order is to enable manhole cover and frame replacement

works to be carried out.

The alternative route will be via Manchester Road and Angouleme Way and vice-versa or via Manchester Road, Parkhills Road, Market Street and Angouleme Way and vice-versa.

The Order comes into operation on Sunday OS March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to one month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately one day. Dated 2 March 2017 Council Solicitor

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (TRWELL STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Irwell Street, Bury - Footway Closure.

The reason for the proposed order is to enable electrical repair works to be carried out on footway.

The alternative footway diversion route will be along Irwell Street, Back Bolton Street and Phoenix Street.

The proposed Order will come into operation Monday 6th March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 1 month (between approx 9.00am and S.OOpm). Dated 2 March 2017 Council Solicitor

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (MTLLTOWN STREET, RADCLIFFE) (ON STREET DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACE) REVOCATION ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of the order is to revoke The Metropolitan Borough of Bury) (Milltown Street, Radcliffe) (On Street Disabled Person's Parking Place) Order 2013 as follows:-

junction with Regan Street for a distance of 6.6metres in an easterly direction. A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which conies into operation on 3 March 2017 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 3 March 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose. THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (CHURCH STREET WEST, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Church Street West, Radcliffe - between Barlow Street and Seymour Street The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The alternative route will be via Dale Street, Pilkington Way and Blackburn Street and Spring Lane and vice-versa

The Order comes into operation on Monday 06 March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weekends. Access for residential traffic will be maintained when it is possible to do so. Dated 2 March 2017
