THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (BELFIELD ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Belfield Road, Prestwich - Temporary Road Closure junction with Brooklands Road.

The reason for the proposed order is to enable the replacement of essential gas mains.

The diversion route will be along Craigwell Road, Brooklands Road and Edenfield Road.

The proposed Order will come into operation Friday 17* March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 2 months, (between approx 9.00am and 5.00pm) anticipated duration of works is 14 days. Dated 09 March 2017 Council Solicitor

IrweD Street, Bury - Footway Closure.

The reason for the proposed order is to enable electrical repair works to be carried out on footway.

The alternative footway diversion route will be along Irwell Street, Back Bolton Street and Phoenix Street.

The proposed Order will come into operation Monday 601 March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 1 month (between approx 9.00am and 5.00pm). Dated 9th March 2017 Council Solicitor

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 100, RAMSBOTTOM - GOLLINROD FOOTBRIDGE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 100, Ramsbottom - full extent of Gollinrod Footbridge

The reason for the proposed order is to enable bridge refurbishment works to be

carried out.

The alternative route will be via Public Footpath 82, Ramsbottom (Nuttall Hall Road), Public Footpath 101, Ramsbottom, Manchester Road and Public Footpath 100, Ramsbottom and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 20 March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 8 weeks. Dated 9thMarch 2017
