ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
STATION ROAD OXENHOPE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 711) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable maintenance works proposed to be executed on or near Station Road, Oxenhope intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Station Road, Oxenhope from its junction with Lower Town to its junction with Waterside. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried
out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Station Road (unaffected section), Hebden Bridge Road, Best Lane, Lower Town and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2017 and remain in force until 30th October 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 22nd day of June 2017
