A copy of the Order which comes into operation on Monday 18th December 2017, a plan showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ during normal office hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 18th December 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose. INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING, MONDAY - FRIDAY (8.00AM -6.00PM) (EXPERIMENTALLY FOR 12 MONTHS)

East side, from a point 34 metres south-west of the projected southerly kerbline of Heys Street for a distance of 5 metres in a south­westerly direction
A copy of the Order which comes into force on 22 December 2017 and which will remain in place for up to 12 months, a plan showing the roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at the address below during normal office hours. Representations or objections to the Order being made indefinitely, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing within 6 months of 15 December 2017 and sent to Highway Network Management, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury or by e-mail to traffic@burv. gov.uk quoting ref: TM2/17/403 The Council will consider during the 12 month period whether the provisions of the Order should continue indefinitely.
