ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL -YATE LANE OXENHOPE KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 812) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near Yate Lane, Oxenhope intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Yate Lane from a point outside No. 11 Yate Lane to a point outside No. 21 Yate Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Yate Lane (unaffected section), Dark Lane, Keighley Road, Station Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 on 19th June 2018 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 24th day of May 2018
