THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (VARIOUS SIDE ROADS OFF BOLTON ROAD AM) WATER STREET, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Milton Road, Lavender Street, Toll Street, side of No.451 Bolton Road, Harper Fold Road, Coleridge Avenue, Lancaster Street, Pitt Street and Wordsworth Avenue - at their junctions with Bolton Road, Radcliffe.

Unsworth Street, Bolton Street, Ebury Street, Grosvenor Street, and access to and from Canalside Apartments - at their junctions with Water Street, Radcliffe The reason for the proposed order is to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.

Suitable diversion routes will be signed on site where applicable.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 23 July 2018 and shall

remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of

the works is approximately 7 weeks. The closures will only be implemented as and

when required.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 71, Bury - between Fletcher Fold Road and Meadway

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate demolition of former school

building and associated works.

The alternative route will be Public Footpath 70, Bury, Public Footpath 68, Bury and Meadway and vice versa

The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 23 July 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 3 months. Dated 12 July 2018 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WALMERSLEY OLD ROAD, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Walmersley Old Road, Junction with High Hope (Whitehall Farm), Bury -Temporary Road Closure.
