A NEW bar in the Little Bolton Town Hall will be having its grand opening tonight.

Courtyard 36 will offer ‘handpicked’ wine, home-made infused spirits, craft beers, and cocktails - including some specifically inspired by and tailored to the town of Bolton.

Owners Rebecca and Chris Brayshaw have spent two years completely transforming the listed building, which dates back to 1826, into a upmarket destination for eating, drinking, and working.

Mrs Brayshaw, from Horwich, said: “It’s taken a long time to get here but we are very proud of it.

“Hopefully people are excited because the town is on the up and everything that’s happening in the town is great.

“People are giving Bolton more of a chance and now people who might usually go to Manchester, don’t have to go there to get something like this.”

The launch party will take place tonight, from 6pm, at the Little Bolton Town Hall, on St George’s Road.

On the night, there will be DJ and samples of drinks on a first come, first serve basis.
