- Ingredients 4 x 180 gram cod loin fillets
- 200g x strozapretti pasta (or any other fresh pasta)
- 200g x clams
- 200ml x tomato passata - tomato pulp sauce
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 1 x red chilli
- 25g chopped parsley
Method
- Roast cod in the oven at 180c for nine minutes
- Steam clams in white wine and chopped garlic and chilli for two minutes
- Add passata, parsley and pre-cooked pasta
- Season and add dash of olive oil
- Place cod on top and serve
