• Ingredients 4 x 180 gram cod loin fillets
  • 200g x strozapretti pasta (or any other fresh pasta)
  • 200g x clams
  • 200ml x tomato passata - tomato pulp sauce
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 x garlic cloves
  • 1 x red chilli
  • 25g chopped parsley


  1. Roast cod in the oven at 180c for nine minutes
  2. Steam clams in white wine and chopped garlic and chilli for two minutes
  3. Add passata, parsley and pre-cooked pasta
  4. Season and add dash of olive oil
  5. Place cod on top and serve
