WHAT are the odds of Coronation Street's resident vicar posing for a picture outside an appropriately named pub?
They may not be as remote as you think.
Daniel Brocklebank, aged 36, plays Billy Mayhew in the long-running ITV1 soap.
Recently he posed in costume outside the Church Inn in Church Lane, Prestwich.
Originally from Stratford-upon-Avon, Daniel joked on Twitter: "What do you get when you cross a TV vicar with an appropriately named pub?" While posing for a selfie.
Responding on Twitter, the Church Inn tweeted: "You should have called in for a swift one."
On Twitter user joked: "Water is turned into wine?"
Winning the Screen Actors Guild award for his role in the 1998 film Shakespeare in Love, the actor has starred in Coronation Street since 2014.
