What about those of us who don't want an elected mayor?
WE are told we will have a new mayor but we were not allowed to vote to say if we wanted one.
It will be another top layer of government when the number of these jobs should be reduced.
The taxpayer will as usual have no choice but to pay the huge and total waste of money for this pointless created job.
Are any of the MPs prepared to ask for the public to get a vote on if they an elected mayor, yes or no?
