CHRISTMAS markets will return to Ramsbottom town centre next weekend.
The festivities will take place across Saturday, December 16 and Sunday, December 17.
There will be a festive street market in Bridge Street and at Church Gardens, with food and craft sellers, hot street food, mulled wine and entertainment.
For those wishing to keep warm, there will be also an indoor market inside the Civic Hall from 9.30am-2.30pm on both days, where there will be handmade crafts and gifts, as well as a snowglobe, mini train ride, nativity photo booth, fun truck and traditional fairground rides to enjoy.
There will also be carol singing at the Theatre Royal, a Brass Band on the Saturday and Santa will be visiting.
The many bars, cafes, shops and restaurants around Ramsbottom will all be open as usual.
However, Bridge Street will be closed to traffic while the markets are open.
Refreshments and gifts will also be available at St. Paul’s Church from 10am on the Saturday and 1pm on the Sunday.
