ICE is causing potentially dangerous driving conditions on the M65 this morning.
There is ice on the M65 at junction 5 A6077 Haslingden Road / B6232 Haslingden Road (Guide / Shadsworth), heading towards junction 6 at Blackburn.
Highways officers have put cones out to advise drivers that there is a risk of ice on the carriageway.
A Met Office weather warning of ice is in place for Lancashire until 11am today.
The chief forecaster said: "Ice will be the most widespread hazard, particularly on untreated surfaces, or where heavy showers wash grit or salt off roads."
