ALAN GREENHALGH The family wishes to thank most sincerely all family and friends too numerous to mention personally for all the letters and cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations for Bury Hospice received following their sad loss. These thanks are extended to all the staff of Limefield Court, Fairfield Hospital and Bury Hospice for their care of Alan, Rev D Thompson for his ministrations, the Sillett family for their kindness and all who attended the funeral.
