BALLET pupils in Prestwich have passed their latest examinations with flying colours.

Pupils of the Linda Janette School of Dancing based at Prestwich Methodist Church, Bury New Road, have achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in their recent ballet examinations.

The 29 children and students aged 6 years above performed a number of moves for their Royal Academy of Dance exams.

Teacher Linda Janette said: "I am so proud of all of them. They have passed primary up to the challenging student grade 7 level, with many gaining distinctions — the highest mark awarded.

"They have worked so hard and they are all amazing dancers."
