A MAN has been charged over a fatal stabbing in a Radcliffe shop.
Keith Harris, aged 43, from Whitefield, died in hospital after police were called to the Premier shop in Ainsworth Road at 7.30am on Wednesday.
Michael Steven Long, aged 35, of no fixed address, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court this morning.
He will also answer charges for the attempt murder of a man in his 50s, possession of an offensive weapon and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Before police arrived at the scene, a collision with a number of cars on Ainsworth Road had also taken place.
Two women – aged 29 and 30 – who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been bailed pending further enquiries.
