PLANS for the Horwich Lantern Parade are at an advanced stage.
There will be three lantern making workshops at the church in Richmond Street.
The workshops take the form of drop in sessions from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, held on November 4, 18, and 25, no need to book. Remember to bring an empty two litre bottle of any colour which staff/volunteers will help people turn them into a beautiful lantern to bring along to the parade.
Meet at St. Catherine’s School, Greenstone Avenue, Horwich at 5.15pm on November 30 for the parade.
