A DRIVER has been arrested after he failed a drugs test.
Police seized a Ford Focus after stopping the male driver in Astley Street, Astley Bridge, in the early hours of this morning.
The man tested positive for cannabis on a roadside drug test and also held no insurance.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police's traffic division tweeted: "The driver held no insurance. He stated that he borrowed his brothers car to go to McDonald's.
"He also tested positive for cannabis on a roadside drug test.
"The vehicle was seized and the driver arrested."
