HAPPY smiles all round were the order of the day when the Mayor of Bury, Cllr Jane Black, officially re-launched a Bury dental practice.

Synergy Dental Clinic in Tenterden Street has undergone a significant refurbishment over the past 12 months to improve the equipment and general look of the practice.

The work impressed the Mayor who said: “The Synergy Dental Group has a rich history of providing high-quality dentistry and prides itself on making dentistry fun and accessible for all patient groups.”

She added that the “commitment to patients” throughout the seven practice-strong group “has seen them invest heavily in the newest equipment and most up-to-date facilities.”

The Synergy Dental Group was founded by Dr Zuber Bagasi who said: “In what is already quite a competitive industry, we want to ensure that we are keeping up with the times.

“Therefore, re-investing in the refurbishment of this practice means that we are able to raise the standards of dentistry that we are used to providing to a whole new level.”

Present at the official re-launch was Dr John Cooper, who retired from the Bury practice in 2011 after serving the community for more than 30 years.

The upgrading of the busy Bury practice is the latest move in the successful history of the group which has also seen Synergy create state-of-the-art new workplace headquarters in Waters Meeting Road, Bolton.
