POLICE caught two cars "in tandem" and apparently driving at double the speed limit.
Officers armed with a speed camera were in Hulton Lane today, a 30mph zone.
Police say they will be summoned to court.
GMP Traffic tweeted: "Officers were out & about on community Speed Camera Enforcement today on Hulton Lane @GMPBolton.
"30 MPH zone.
"2 vehicles of note in tandem at ridiculous speeds, double the limit & abit more.
"We will be seeing these drivers in court very soon."
The speed check was welcomed with one taking to Twitter stating: "Excellent work. More checks needed on this road as people seem to think it’s a racetrack".
