THE family of a woman who died in a crash on the A31 say they will 'forever love and miss' the "cheerful, chatty" 57-year-old.

Karrenne Vivien Anderson-Dawson died after her Citroen Xsara Picasso left the westbound carriageway between Stoney Cross and Burley and ended up in a ditch at around 6.15pm on Friday, January 11.

Ms Anderson-Dawson, who lived in Tintern Grove, Southampton, was taken to hospital after the crash. She died a short time later.

In a statement released by police, her family said: "We are still getting over the shock of losing a mother, nanny, partner, daughter and a friend.

"Karrenne was always a cheerful, chatty woman to anyone who listened.

“She will truly be missed by all of the family and friends who have known and loved her for being herself, not letting anyone knock her down and keeping her head up high.

“We truly miss her and there isn't a day gone by that we aren’t thinking about her. Rest in peace Karrenne. We love you forever."

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call police on 101, quoting 44190013278.
