A MAN arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found dead at a flat in Prestwich has been released under investigation.
The 38-year-old was arrested at the scene in Warwick Street, of Bury New Road on Friday.
Shortly before 12.30pm on January 25, police were called by the ambulance service to the flat where they discovered the body of a man believed to be in his 50s.
A murder investigation was swiftly launched and police say that enquiries are on going.
