A CRASH at a busy crossroads caused delays for drivers.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision in Manchester Road at the junction with Millwood Court yesterday lunchtime.
A rapid response vehicle and paramedic attended the scene. No one was injured.
A spokeswoman for the North West Ambulance Service said: "We were called to Manchester Road at the junction with Millwood Court at about 12.45pm on Monday, February 4.
"We did not take anyone to hospital."
Police were also present.
A police spokeswoman said: "The vehicles were recovered. Paramedics confirmed there were no injuries.
"The road was reopened."
