HOSPICE bosses have voiced their gratitude for a vital service.
Charitable motorcyclists have been delivering urgent medical supplies to St Ann’s Hospice in Little Hulton and Heald Green three times a week. Volunteers from Blood Bikes Manchester deliver blood, plasma, vaccines and various other items. Eamonn O’Neal, chief executive of St Ann’s Hospice, said: “We’re enormously grateful for the support of the Blood Bikes.”
