POLICE seized a car due to it being driven with a smashed windscreen and no insurance.
The vehicle was stopped in Water Street, Radcliffe, in the early hours of this morning.
The car was also being driven with its fog lights on.
It was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act and a traffic offence report was issued.
GMP Traffic tweeted: "Vehicle stopped on Water Street Radcliffe.
"Driving with foglights on.
"Smashed windscreen.
"No insurance.
"Vehicle seized under Section 165 RTA .
"TOR issued."
