COMEDIAN Adam Hills had paid a visit to a primary school in Latchford.
The host of Channel 4's the Last Leg and a member of Warrington Wolves' physical disability rugby league team, Hills gave a talk to Our Lady's Catholic Primary School pupils about his life growing up in Australia and his disability.
His PDRL teammate Leon Hoey is a year three student at the Wash Lane school, and the youngster – who has cerebral palsy – helped to deliver a 'message of hope' during the special assembly, which came ahead of their side's Anfield clash with Leeds Rhinos at Magic Weekend tomorrow.
Leon described playing alongside the 48-year-old as 'one of the best experiences of his life', while Hills spoke of his pride at the junior player's achievements on and off the pitch.
