Five Things to Do

Tomorrow (Friday, May 24), 10am, Let’s Go For a Walk in Oldham – Chadderton Hall to Foxdenton Park and return.

Meet at the Pavilion Café located next to the park’s main car park it will start with a stroll through the lovely Chadderton Hall Park before taking the Rochdale canal towpath to Foxdenton Park. Both parks are an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of modern Chadderton Life. The they will retrace our route back to the start along the canal. Part of the Greater Manchester Walking Festival 2019. Distance: 4-5 miles (Medium)

Saturday (May 25), MooseFest, Alexandra Park, Oldham, 11am to 4pm.

For something a bit different, check out MooseFest - a fun dog show with canine games, talks and talks. Lots of other attractions to enjoy too including music, tombola, craft stalls, food and drink. The event is to raise funds for Moose's Sighthound Trust.

There is so much to see and do at this event, fun dog show, temptation alley, games, stalls, other charities, music, tombola, food, drink and crafters!
