HORWICH Inner Wheel spun into action to help tackle period poverty and Ethiopian hospital patients during another busy year.
Members of the women's charity group collected sanitary products which they presented to Fresh as a Daisy Bolton.
The campaign, run by Urban Outreach, provides essential sanitary products to those who struggle with the cost due to 'period poverty'.
Meanwhile, members of the Inner Wheel's knit and natter group met regularly to knit squares which were then turned into beautiful blankets for female patients at the Fistula Clinic in Addis Ababa.
They also managed to fit in a trip to Cardiff earlier in the year to attend the Inner Wheel national conference.
