Bolton Museum's Egyptology collection
IT took archaeologists many years to decipher Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics but Bolton Museum is offering the chance to master them in just ten weeks.
Led by hieroglyphics expert John Johnson, the course is designed for beginners and no previous knowledge of hieroglyphics, or any other ancient language, is necessary.
Bolton Museum has a prestigious Ancient Egyptian collection and items from it will be used to aid learning.
