TAKE a journey through space and time to far distant planets and lost worlds as an ever popular science fiction event returns to Bury.
Sci-Fi On The Sidings will take place at the East Lancashire Railway on August 17 and 18.
Visitors will be able to boldly go where no where steam railway has gone before and celebrate film, TV and book favourites stepping into the worlds of Star Wars, Doctor Who, Jurassic World, Harry Potter and many more along the 12 miles of track through the curious Irwell Valley.
Among the out of this world attractions at the line’s stations will be a four meter animatronic T-Rex, a real TARDIS, a flying Ford Anglian and the Iron Throne.
Tickets for access to all attractions and unlimited train rides start at £9 for children and £14.85. For a 10 per cent discount and more information visit the ELR website.
