A MAN is in custody after a cannabis farm was discovered during a police raid.

Police discovered hundreds of plants after they executed a warrant at a property in Radcliffe. They say a man has been taken into custody for questioning.

GMP Radcliffe posted the find on Twitter yesterday and wrote: "The Radcliffe Neighbourhood Team have executed a drug warrant this morning and have recovered 421 cannabis plants. A male has been arrested and is currently in custody awaiting interview." The find comes after 600 plants with a street value of £500,000 were found in the Wash Lane area of Bury.
