The senses were awakened on Saturday as an annual food festival took place.
The Nelson Food and Drink Festival was held in Nelson's town centre, and featured a fusion of delicious delicacies
inspired from around the world.
A pie stall, a Greek food stall, a curry stall, a cake stall and sweet stalls lined the streets, while live cooking demonstrations with celebrity chef, Richard Fox, took place throughout the afternoon.
There was even a small funfair available for the children, some Bhangra dancing and chefs on stilts.
