TWO suspected overnight arson attacks are being investigated.
The first incident happened in Central Avenue, Oswaldtwistle, and involved a black Renault on fire on a driveway, at around 3.45am today.
Three fire crews from Hyndburn and Blackburn spent a couple of hours tackling the blaze using two hoses.
One person had to be treated at the scene by paramedics.
Separately, one crew from Great Harwood attended a car well alight in a field off Fern Gore Avenue, Accrington, at around 3.55am today.
Firefighters used one hose reel to put the fire out.
Both fires are being treated as potential arson attacks and are being investigated by the police and fire service.
