Malham Gardens in Blackburn
AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a car fire in Blackburn.
The incident took place on Malham Gardens at 2.50am on Tuesday morning.
Watch manager John Riley said: "There was an Audi car on fire and we used hose reels to help put it out.
"We are treating it as having being started deliberately and police are currently investigating it.
"There may be CCTV of the culprits that have done it.
"It was outside some houses so it could have spread further but we managed to arrive in time.
"We were there for one and a half hours dealing with it."
