A LAW firm with offices in Bolton and Bury has advised on a key business deal.
Clough & Willis commercial solicitor Guy Lachlan represented Cambridgeshire's LBP Optics for its purchase of rival Symons Mirror.
Mr Lachlan believes that the deal represented a "good fit" for both outfits.
Paul Maclennan, of LBP, said their new acquisition has "an excellent track record".
